There's a cool album coming out mid-year that I played a little guitar on. Ali Jef - Entities, Fires, Connection and Dances - from time spent in the Rainforest. A single from the album is out now with some b-sides. My contribution was sitting on the floor of Ali's bedroom one afternoon playing guitar through a Roland SP404, using its various effects options. My method was quickly dialling in quite crude and ugly sounds, committing to whatever came out and trying to make something beautiful from the sound.
