Blue Riders at Thirroul Music Festival

 Blue Riders will be getting back together in November for a one off show at the Thirroul Music Festival on Saturday 29 November. We have written and started recording new songs for an album, to be released some day. Here is us outside the studio in Stanwell Park. Tickets for the festival can be purchased here

DJ

 Tonight I played a DJ set at Phoenix Central Park in Sydney. I was asked to play a short set of music before Mess Esque performed, and played a mix of field recordings, scratchy old soundtracks, bootlegs etc. This song was probably the highlight. 

Tenniscoats June 2025

I don't think any live band has had as big an impact on me as Tenniscoats. I often think back to seeing them in Melbourne in 2012 and how it made me feel, and I now have these new incredible experiences of seeing them in Thirroul and Sydney this week to hold.

2008

 9-track CD-R album in paper lunchbag sleeve from 2008 found. It's just under my name, pre-Blue Divers, pre-Hot Palms. 1 of 10. I wonder who the others went to. Not that there's a great deal of difference between any of it, it sounds more like Blue Divers than Hot Palms.
